Kishan Bagaria, a 26-year-old from Dibrugarh, Assam, developed a messaging app called Texts.com that was acquired by Automattic, the parent company of WordPress, for $50 million (around ₹416 crore).
Bagaria, who never went to college, taught himself coding through the internet from a young age. He started working on Texts.com in 2020, creating an app that allows users to view messages from various messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter in a single dashboard. The app also offered features like discreet message viewing and end-to-end encryption.
